Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Arriving Late:
Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive on time for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 100% charge unless you go into Labor or have another medical emergency. To avoid a charge, text me ASAP and I will try to find someone to fill your spot.
Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
