I've had my fair share of miscarriages. I've had an early miscarriage at 6 weeks, a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks, and a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks. They were all very different experiences. I will share with you what I did and how I finally learned to used Arvigo Therapy to help me release the missed miscarriage.
My experience of the early 6 week miscarriage, was a heavier than normal period. If I hadn't known I was pregnant, I wouldn't have thought much of it. Make an appointment with your OB to make sure you expelled everything after the bleeding. The 8 week missed miscarriage was different. It's called a missed miscarriage when your body retains the embryo/ fetus up to 20 weeks. I found out with an ultrasound that there was no heartbeat, sadly, that's usually how you find missed miscarriages. I waited 4 more weeks to give my body a chance to release everything on it's own, but I ended up booking a D&C for fear of getting an infection. It was a quick in and out. I went in, and because I'm a chicken, I asked to be put out completely. About 45 minutes later, I was in a recovery room and was soon let out. The 11 week missed miscarriage was a completely different story. I found out with an ultrasound I had another missed miscarriage at my 12 week appointment. I didn't want to get another D&C, and this time I decided to use Arvigo Therapy to help my body release everything. I used everything I learned in Arvigo Therapy, which is normally used to help women get pregnant: Uterus massage, Vaginal Steams, Castor Oil Packs and an herbal remedy. Within a few days I started spotting and boy oh boy was it an intense miscarriage. I didn't go to the hospital, but it was a challenging experience. It was like a mini labor, with painful cramps, nausea, downward pressure which caused me to take many trips to the bathroom to expel my bowels. There was a lot of bleeding and a lot of crying in a 2 to 3 hour period. I rested the next day and by late afternoon I had another burst of pain, that lasted about an hour. I think it was blood clots. The pain was worse than the night before, but I finally remembered to take my herbal remedy to reduce blood clots and the pain never came back. The size of the placenta was biggish, much bigger than I imagined it would be. Although the placenta separated from my uterus during the miscarriage, it was still in me for about 2 days before I realized it and removed it. Just to be safe, I went to a chinese doctor afterward and used chinese herbs in addition to Arvigo Therapy to make sure I expelled everything and had a clean uterus to try to get pregnant again. I spotted for about 2 to 3 months after this miscarriage. I got pregnant 6 months after this miscarriage and finally had a successful pregnancy.
