• eat hormone free and antibiotic free animal protein. Do not eat sandwich meats
• avoid all dairy, even organic.
• stop eating wheat products/ go gluten free
•cut out all sugar

2. What you put on your body

•. Do not use commercial deodorant.
• Do not use toothpaste with fluoride
•. Do not use petroleum by-products such as Vaseline, Vaporub, Baby Oil/ Mineral Oil
3. Clean you home with non toxic ingredients like vinegar, baking soda, borax, and hydrogen peroxide.
