Nutmeg helps prevent frequent night urination
Simple Recipe: To 6 cups of water add
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp ground ginger or tiny piece of ginger
5 black peppercorns, crush them
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
a pinch of ground nutmeg,
teaspoon vanilla extract and
A pinch of turmeric
Bring to a boil and then lower heat and cover. Leave on low heat 1-2 hours.
Add black tea if u want caffeine, but it's not necessary.
Get your cup and add
1/2-1 teaspoon organic cane sugar or honey.
Pour tea into cup but leave room at the top to add almond or coconut milk
If the tea is too spicy for u, just add more hot water to the tea or use lots of milk. Next time use less black pepper or ginger.
If there is too much cardamom or clove, the flavor will be off.
